  • We are no longer accepting any insurance

  • I do not currently offer any sliding scale rates. There are organizations such as Loveland Foundation that offer vouchers or will reimburse clients directly. If you need a superbill to seek reimbursement from your insurance this can be provided to you.

  • Yes, we offer virtual and telehealth appointments to ensure accessibility and convenience for our clients. At the time of your appointment you must be in California.

    1. You’ve already completed the contact form before our phone consultation

    2. Complete the Initial Evaluation Form At least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    3. Sign the Practice & Privacy Practices.

  • Yes! I can also work with your primary care provider or other specialist. Please sign the Release of Information so that we can be in communication.

  • A therapist, often a psychologist, social worker, LMFT, or LPC who provides talk or somatic therapy to address emotional and mental well-being.

    A psychiatrist is a medical doctor specializing in mental health who can prescribe medication and offer a comprehensive approach combining therapy and medication management.

  • Reproductive integrative psychiatry, within women's mental health care, addresses challenges during reproductive stages (menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause) through a holistic approach.

  • Individual Therapy sessions are usually 50 minutes. We typically meet every week for at least the first month. At the one-month mark, we discuss if we need to continue weekly or biweekly.

    Family and Couple’s therapy session are usually 60-90 minutes. To ensure that all participants feel that I am good fit for your concerns I ask you to discuss this together and decide if you would like to schedule visits.

  • New Evaluations are usually 60-90 minutes and will decide on this during our consultation.

    For medication only follow-ups the visit is usually 30 minutes. We typically will meet on a monthly basis while we are adjusting medication dosage. The lowest frequency that I offer is every 3 months.

    For combined treatment of medication and therapy the visits are usually 60 minutes.
